Step 9 (2 days) Honouring Fathers and Mothers

“Honour (esteem and value as precious) your father and mother. This is the first commandment with a promise that all may be well with you and that you may live long on the earth.” (Eph 6:2-3 Amp) Obeying this command does not depend on what one’s parents are like, how they treat you, whether or not they seem to love you, or whether they seem worthy of honour. Honouring will result in good fruit in your life. It is never too late to honour. Even after their death God can show you ways to honour them.

Since the abortion law was passed 30 years ago, the family has been slowly disintegrating.

        Abortion tears apart a little body.

        That same spirit tears apart families.

        That same spirit tears apart the Body of Christ.

        The earth/land groans and shakes.

With honesty and humility, come before God concerning your family line and the honouring that has/has not occurred. Seek Him for His creative ways to bring honour and how to teach your children how to honour.

Do whatever He is showing you to do; do not let this action be aborted!
